Here's a toast to all of you, ringing in 2009 and celebrating one year until the next Taylor Family Reunion!
Clue #1:
We will be spending December 30th-January 2nd in a state where no Taylor Family member (TFM) lives and no Taylor Family reunion (TFR) has been held before.
Hmmm... That leaves a lot of options open. Let the guessing begin! We can't wait for the next TFR. Happy New Year!! D+S
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing somewhere in West Virginia. . . . Corey
ReplyDeleteHmm - Emerald Bowl - Miami vs Cal? Miami perhaps?
ReplyDeleteClarification - 'lives' - could it be where someone has lived? Aunt Barb
ReplyDeleteAll good guesses. "Lives" was intentional...Niki has lived in too many states to say whether "lived" might also be accurate;-)
ReplyDeleteGot it! Santa Fe, New Mexico.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great spot for the TFR. See you there.
Uncle Larry
Okay - one more very picky question from the lawyers in the family. You say that "[i]f the location is correctly guessed before the reveal, it will be announced HERE . . ." Does that apply only to completely correct guesses (Resort, City, State, for example) or will you confirm correct guesses as to simply the state or city?
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun way to test us on the next TFR. We all will be bloggers soon. Our guess now is for an Eastern State.Do you promise a good snow storm after we all arrive?
ReplyDeleteLove, G&G
Pasadena and you know that State will be in the Rose Bowl? TC Taylor
ReplyDeleteHmmm... New Mexico or Pasadena would be lovely! Let's keep them on our list for a future TFR :)
ReplyDeleteFYI - Corey keeps making comments logged in as me, so if you see anything obnoxious that appears to be from "Niki", please disregard. He has behaved thus far, but we all know how Corey can push the envelope at times. ; )
ReplyDeleteMy guess is that the reunion will be somewhere in Kentucky.
For the lawyers in the family, the committee has decided that a winning answer will consist of state, city and location with explanation of the guess. We will acknowledge if and when someone guesses the correct city and state but that should also be accompanied by reasonable rationale:-)
ReplyDeleteDarn...I thought for sure it was Santa Fe, New Mexico...Guess I will go have a drink....Uncle Larry
ReplyDeleteSwooooorshhhhhhh in the New Year?? Carrabassett Valley, Maine
ReplyDeleteDS
Okay okay. Wait a second. Could the clue be this obvious? How about Destin, Florida? Rationale? Why Florida's "Emerald" coast of course!
ReplyDeletePrego
More good choices...for whoever plans TFR 2013:-)
ReplyDeleteIf you want to feel old, Ellie wants to be involved with planning 2013 because she will be in college by 2016!
ReplyDeleteNice! She can help Corey plan a good ol' fashioned Redneck New Years in 2013! We'll bring the 40's and paper bags.
ReplyDeleteSounds to me like we have a commitment for a CJS/ELT planned 2013 TFR! Look out :)
ReplyDelete-KT
Tuscaloosa, Alabama?
ReplyDeleteOkay, clearly we need some more clues. This is a demanding group - WHERE ARE OUR CLUES!!!!???? :)
ReplyDeleteROLL TIDE ROLL;-)
ReplyDeleteWhat will be delivered first...Baby Sanderson or the next reunion clue? Hmmm! Stay tuned... ;-)
ReplyDeleteIf Baby Sanderson is born with a TFR clue in his or her tight little fist, I am going to buy a lottery ticket.
ReplyDeleteUncle Larry
DAD - Good thing you're going to be in Minnesota to find out! :)
ReplyDeleteIs that what was in Charlotte's fist when she was born? A clue? Whoops - too bad we threw that away.
ReplyDeleteIs that what was in Charlotte's fist when she was born? A clue? Whoops - too bad we threw that away.
ReplyDeleteThat was not a clue, that was a demand. Feed Me.
ReplyDeleteEllie- do you want to plan the 2013 trip with me?
ReplyDeleteAlso - since people are starved for clues, Niki and I will have to resort to providing clues to our guesses to Erin and Katie's clues . . .
CJS
CJS and NIS's first clue to our guess:
ReplyDeleteGeorge Washington has never slept in the city where our guess is.
I think we are being baited! The committee has noted your effort and will respond shortly...
